Payment
We currently only accept payment via Credit card
No purchases will be shipped without full payment to Zone Global.

All devices are as new but have also been through a class leading testing system to ensure all functions work, which means they do what they’re meant to.

With complete assurance that your device will function flawlessly; simply select the cosmetic condition that meets your preferences. The available options are outlined below.
New Brand new, commercially sealed. Covered by Zone Global 6 month warranty

A+ As new condition
No signs of use and 100% functional. Covered by Zone Global 6-month warranty

A - Pre-owned 100% functional.
Excellent condition with little or no signs of wear. Covered by Zone Global 6-month warranty

B - Pre-owned 100% functional.
Very good condition with minimal signs of wear. Small scratches or marks may be present. Covered by Zone Global 6-month warranty

C - Pre-owned 100% functional.
May have some scratches, small chips or dents on the housing, screen or camera. Covered by Zone Global 6-month warranty

We can only ship within New Zealand

Delivery time: Deliver will be with 5-7 days after payment is completed.
To ensure our mutual security, a signature will be required upon delivery for all orders. You will be provided with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please note that the quoted delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our chosen delivery service.

Warranty

This product is covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Our Zone Global New & Refurbished products are supported by a Zone Global warranty against defects.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This excludes faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used.


Prior to returning a device for warranty, please contact us to obtain Return Authorisation along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund or replacement. Please email indy@zone-global.com for return information.


Zone Global Warranty is void in the below instances:
• Cracked screen
• Water damage
• Physically damaged
• Software that has been tampered with
• Unauthorised repairs (3rd party repairs)
• Customer has failed to take reasonable steps to avoid the quality becoming unacceptable
• Customer has used the product abnormally

Also please note:
• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
• We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked
• If your device is account locked you will receive a notification from us to remove the lock, if the device is still locked after 5 business days it will be returned
• IMEI will be validated against the IMEI returned
• Returned IMEIs that do not match will not be accepted
• Shipping fee is not refunded on returned devices
